Cancellation Policy

Please note that all session bookings are non-refundable but can be transferred to another session. To reschedule your session, kindly do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Your payment will be transferred to secure the new session. However, if you request to reschedule after the 48-hour window, a new payment will be required to hold that appointment. For online appointments/readings, you will have a 10-minute courtesy grace period to log in. After that period, you will be marked as a no-show. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
