QUESTION WRITING
Prepare two lists of questions you would like your Higher Self to answer during your session. Your first list will be physical & health-related questions pertaining only to you. The second list will be your personal & life-oriented questions.
You may create a third list of general curiosity or metaphysical questions. However, I cannot guarantee we will have time to cover them. If you have long lists of questions, please put the most important ones at the top of each list.
My goal is to have every question from your two lists answered by the Higher Self, but we work within a two-hour window when you are under hypnosis. This may seem like a lengthy period, but within that period, we will go through the induction, explore past lives/other experiences, access your Higher Self to answer your questions, and bring you out of trance.
Please print (or neatly write) your questions and bring them with you. We need a physical copy to go over together. If your handwriting is difficult to read, please type it out. Also, please do not bring your questions electronically or send them to me via email.
Your questions will determine the session's outcome, so take the time to think about them over several days. They must be clear and precise.
The Higher Self has stressed how crucial a client's questions are to the success of a session:
"We want you to think of your Higher Self as though you are going to a library or doing a search on Google. If you don't know what you want to know, you will not find the book or search results you need. You cannot simply go into a library or sit in front of a computer and say, 'Tell me what I need to know.' We cannot give you a meaningful answer if you do not ask a specific question."
SETTING YOUR INTENTION
After developing clear and specific questions, the success of your session will also depend on how well you set your intention.
Once you decide to schedule a QHHT® session, your Higher Self already knows this is the case and has led you to see me. It will prepare itself to have a meaningful conversation with you and will know your questions before you meet with me.
You need to speak to your conscious self, your Ego, and remind yourself that it will take a back seat during this experience. The Ego is that logical, critical, limiting part of you that thinks it knows everything when it knows next to nothing about the whole story of your soul experiences, lessons, and life purpose.
During the days leading up to your session, you must repeat to yourself several times a day, "I connect with my Higher Self with great ease and no problems."
The exact wording is essential.
Do not say "I think I connect..." or "I will connect..." but "I DO connect..." And say it even if you think you do not.
Finally, while your Ego tends to limit you and control how you think, act, and behave, your conversation with it should be positive. Please think of communication with your Ego as a team effort and a respectful agreement between you, it, and the Higher Self to receive the guidance and healing you desire.
MIND & BODY
If you meditate, do so in the morning or on the day of your appointment to help clear your mind.
If you don’t meditate, do something calm or creative like taking a walk, spending time in nature, or listening to soothing music. Our goal is anything that does not require too many facts or logic, or reason.
I would not suggest rushing to complete your list of questions right before our meeting. This encourages your Ego to step in and take control of your experience. It is crucial for you to be calm and grounded for the session.
The night before & the day of your session do not drink alcohol or use recreational drugs. Take prescribed medications as you usually would.
Monitor your use of caffeine on the day of your session. If you usually have several cups of coffee or energy drinks in the morning or throughout the day, try to limit your intake as much as possible without causing discomfort.
Remember, our session could last 6 hours or longer. Be sure to eat well but light before your session. Junk foods and refined sugars are not recommended as they can interfere with your body chemistry and ability to relax. Fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and water are good options to promote balance and ward off hunger.
THE HIGHER SELF
It is important to stop for a moment, and better explain and understand the nature of the Higher Self. Some people are open to this concept, but you may have conflicting thoughts and feelings that are leaving you confused, skeptical, or even possibly fearful. This should not be the case.
Another way to think of the Higher Self is how we more commonly think of what it means to have intuition or a gut feeling about a situation, choice, something, or someone. If you consider it in this way, the Higher Self will not be as mysterious or impossible to understand as you once thought.
Whether you listen to "your gut" is completely your choice, a matter of using your free will, but what about the times you have knowingly gone against your instincts, and afterward, you look back and know it was not the best decision. You may have said, "I knew I shouldn't have done that" or "I knew something bad was going to happen, but I did it anyway." These are the moments when your intuition, your Higher Self, was trying to help you or warn you, but instead, you chose another path.
The truth is the Higher Self is always with each of us, loves us, wants to help us, and speaks through us, but it is often ignored and rarely acknowledged.
We have all experienced flashes of clarity where seemingly random thoughts, ideas, and words come to us out of nowhere, but they make sense. They feel right. We say, "Why didn't I think of this before?" "Don't ask me where I got the idea. It just came to me." This is your Higher Self communicating with you and through you.
Anything is possible with the Higher Self, and it is truly remarkable. The moment when I communicated with the Higher Self of my very first client (who did not believe in the possibilities of QHHT® or past lives) was the moment that any doubts I still held disappeared.
ABOUT HYPNOSIS
The first step in having the best QHHT® experience possible lies in knowing everyone, including you, can be hypnotized. Everyone, yes, everyone, can be!
Consider this...by putting all of your attention into reading these words right now, right here, and at this very moment, you could be unaware of a person, a sound, an object, or something else around you. You are experiencing a form of hypnosis!
Or, think of a time when you were utterly lost in a television show or movie, studying or practicing for an important test, playing a video game, or doing something artistic or creative. And, it is only when something or someone breaks your concentration that your attention expands back to the world around you. It was almost like you "woke up" from what you were doing. Several minutes or hours could have flown by without you even realizing it.
What about times where you were hypnotized by the dancing flames of a campfire, a flickering candle, or the soothing rhythm of the ocean, calming music, or deep massage?
If you said "Yes," to any of the above or have had an experience like it, you now know that anyone can be easily hypnotized without even thinking about it!
