ECH didn't begin as a plan. It began as a direction.
During an early online session, something unexpected happened — a client's Higher Self came through without any prompting from me. I wasn't looking for it. It arrived on its own. When I asked why it was coming through this way, the answer was clear: people are more conscious and aware now. The online space is ready for this kind of work.
I asked whether I had permission to develop this as its own approach. The answer was yes.
So ECH isn't something I invented at a desk. It's something I was asked to bring forward. My background in philosophy, education, and counseling shaped how I work — but the directive to do this came from somewhere else entirely.

Is ECH as effective as an in-person session?

Absolutely. In many cases, clients find it even more effective because they are in the comfort and safety of their own home, which allows them to relax more deeply into the 4-5 hour journey. As long as you have a reliable connection and quiet space, the energetic connection and results remain profound.

You don’t need to be a "believer" or a visualizer to have a successful ECH session. Regression works through many inner senses—knowing, feeling, hearing, and sensing. Whether you view the experience as a past life or a symbolic metaphor from your subconscious, the healing and wisdom you uncover is just as real.

No, ECH is a spiritual modality designed for deep soul-level exploration and is not a replacement for licensed mental health therapy. While many clients find it a powerful complement to their existing therapeutic work, it is intended for spiritual growth and Higher Self guidance rather than clinical treatment.

QHHT® is Dolores Cannon's trademarked method, designed for in-person sessions. I offer QHHT® in Colorado and honor that in-person protocol.
Expanded Consciousness Hypnosis is my own methodology, developed specifically for online sessions. While it's informed by my QHHT® training, it's a distinct approach with unique techniques designed for remote work. Both offer deep past life regression and Higher Self connection—the difference is format and methodology.
Can I do QHHT® online with you?

No. QHHT® is designed as an in-person modality, and I honor that protocol. If you're seeking online regression work, ECH is the appropriate choice.

If you feel uncertain or hesitant about the concept of past or multiple lifetimes, don't worry! It won't stop you from reaping the full benefits of ECH. In fact, approaching a session as a collaborative storytelling experience rather than a mere observation of a lifetime can make it easier, especially if you're open-minded or believe in such existence. This mindset creates a relaxed atmosphere and turns the session into a creative and enjoyable process, truly capturing the essence of the experience.

Again, don't worry! Many of us feel pressured when we hear the word visualization. In hypnosis, this is more aligned with how we revisit memories in our minds. Think of a special occasion or life-changing event in your life. Who was there? What was going on? What did you hear and feel? This is what we mean by visualization. Some people do experience very vivid lifetimes where they feel as though there is a movie playing out before them, but this is rare.

Absolutely — you can bring questions about relationships, health, career, purpose, and more. In my experience, the clearest guidance is what supports your growth and choices. I also hold a strong ethic of consent and non-interference when it comes to other people’s private lives.

No. ECH is deep spiritual exploration, not mental health treatment. If you're in therapy, this work can beautifully complement it—but it's not a substitute for licensed mental health care.
