What You'll Need for Your ECH Session
Setting up for success takes just a few minutes. Here's what you'll need:
A stable connection ensures uninterrupted deep work. I recommend at least 10 Mbps for smooth video and audio.
Choose a room where you won't be disturbed for 4-5 hours. Lock the door, silence your phone, and let household members know you're unavailable.
We'll meet via Zoom. Make sure your camera and audio work properly before your session. If you're new to Zoom, test it with a friend first.
Pets can be wonderful, but they can also disrupt deep trance work. If you are touched while under this level of hypnosis, it can feel like a jolt of lightning. Please arrange for them to be in another room during your session.
Position your device at eye level for comfort. Avoid using a phone—the screen is too small and I need to see you clearly during the hypnosis. Please make sure your device is FULLY charged or ideally plugged in to a power source before we meet.
This ensures clear audio and helps you stay immersed in the experience without external distractions. The built in microphone is essential for me to hear you clearly, as some clients whisper when they are in trance.

Why I Created ECH
When I completed my QHHT® Level 2 certification, I fell in love with the depth and power of past life regression work. But overtime, I noticed something:
Most of the people who needed this work couldn't access it.
They lived too far away.
They had mobility issues.
They had caregiving responsibilities.
They couldn't take a full day to travel.
And while QHHT® is designed as an in-person modality (and I continue to offer it that way in Colorado), I felt called to develop something that could serve the same transformational purpose in an online format.
So I began experimenting—combining my QHHT® training with my background in philosophy, clinical psychology, and education.
I studied the unique challenges of online hypnosis: energetic connection across distance, technical considerations, safety protocols for solo integration, and how to maintain the sacred container of deep work through a screen.
Expanded Consciousness Hypnosis is the result of that development.
It's not a workaround.
It's a purpose-built methodology for online regression work—informed by my QHHT® training but evolved into something distinct and uniquely suited for remote healing.
HOW ECH RELATES TO QHHT®
I am a QHHT® Level 2 Certified Practitioner, trained in Dolores Cannon's method of past life regression and Higher Self connection. I offer traditional QHHT® sessions in-person only in Colorado, honoring the in-person protocol of that modality.
Expanded Consciousness Hypnosis is a separate methodology I developed specifically for online sessions. While my ECH work is deeply informed by my QHHT® training, it is a distinct approach with its own techniques, protocols, and philosophical framework designed for the remote environment.

Again, don't worry! Many of us feel pressured when we hear the word visualization. In hypnosis, this is more aligned with how we revisit memories in our minds. Some people do experience very vivid lifetimes where they feel as though there is a movie playing out before them, but this is rare.
